All penis enlargement pills are not created equally. In fact, there are vast differences between both the quality and quantity of the ingredients as well as the manufacturing process itself. Many people do not even consider this when they buy penis enlargement pills.
The fact is, you could be doing serious harm to your health if you do not consider where, how and to what quality these pills are manufactured.
Do you really know where these pills are manufactured? Do you care where the ingredients come from and how they are handled? Are the facilities where these pills are manufactured safe? Some of these places are not.
One place I have discovered that do manufacture penis enlargement pills and that comply with FDA standards is Certified Natural Laboratories situated in Wichita Kansas. They run a 55,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with multiple fully automated production lines capable of producing in excess of 20 million capsules per day. They manufacture a wide variety of herbal and nutritional supplements including body building supplements and herbal remedies. They have very stringent quality controls and have passed numerous safety
inspections.
Here is the bit that you didn't know: They produce at least 3 different brands of penis enlargement pills, every one under a different name. Many of these pills are basically the same, come from the same factory and have the same ingredients. They just have different labels and brand names. They are then sold by independent vendors at different prices and with different add-ons and bonuses, but in essence they are exactly the same.
Ok, so you have determined that at least the pills you are looking to buy are safe and have quality ingredients. But there is one MAJOR piece of the puzzle missing. What quantities of these herbal ingredients are effective? For example, the amount of the ingredient in a given sample of the herb may not be accurately reflected on the label. Furthermore, additional constituents contained in the herb besides the active ingredient might present unique (and unknown) risks of their own and are not always labeled. Another thing that you need to know is the effectiveness of the dosage. It is no use knowing for instance that a bottle of penis enlargement pills contain "yohimbe" for example. Which Yohimbe? The herb or the drug? Both are effective at different dosages. Do you know what these dosages are? Does the penis enlargement pill manufacturer know?
Surprisingly, there aren't many warnings about overdosing. Instead people are advised to "keep taking the pills until you're happy with the way you look". This slightly irresponsible attitude may lead to some serious health problems.
Some herbs like yohimbe are ONLY effective if combined in the correct quantities with another supplement like arginine. One small, double-blind study of yohimbe combined with arginine found an increase in measured physical arousal among 23 testers with sexual arousal disorder. In addition, only the combination of yohimbe and arginine produced results; neither substance was effective when taken on its own.
Many over the counter penis enlargement pills also contains insignificant concentrations of the herb / ingredient. Concentration of the active ingredient is important and is not to be confused with the dosage. What is the actual concentration of the ingredient in for example a 40g dosage? This is important to know as a study has shown that in the case of yohimbe, most over the counter herbal supplements contains not enough concentration to be effective. They also contain undeclared diluents (which you’re paying a high price for).
Most men when buying penis enlargement pills do not even consider these factors. In their "blind obsession" with obtaining a larger penis, associated with the emotional response, often leads to them falling into the trap of the hype and promise that the penis enlargement vendors provide. Most of penis enlargement pill purchases are "emotional" buys and not based on proper research. At best they may glance at some of the ingredients but just having the right ingredients do not guarantee that the pills will work.
You need to look at:
- The manufacturer : including the facilities, the process and the reputation.
- The quality : Where are the ingredients from, what do they contain, how are they handled.
- The quantity : Do they contain the right dosage? Do they contain the right concentration?
- Other factors : Some ingredients have only been shown to be effective if used in conjunction with others. Do they contain both in the correct dosage and in the correct concentration?
Apart from these factors, you need to know more about the actual ingredients and whether they actually work or not.
